Referral Form

1. Agreement to the Terms

By participating in the Boss Cash Cars Referral Program, you agree to these terms. Continued participation after any updates means you accept the new terms as well.

2. How the Program Works

After submitting a lead via the referral form, you'll receive a reference number to track your referral.

• Fill out all required information in the referral form.
• Review and accept these terms and conditions.
• Our team will contact the referred person.
• If the car is successfully sold, you'll receive $150 in your registered bank account.

3. Referral Stages

• New: We've received your lead and are reviewing it.
• In-Contact: We're actively contacting the lead.
• Not Interested: The lead was not eligible or dropped.
• Converted: Car was sold—you earn your reward!

4. Your Reward

Each Completed Referral earns you $150, paid directly to your bank account. You are responsible for reporting any earnings for tax purposes.

5. Eligibility Rules

To qualify for a reward:

• The lead must result in a completed car sale.
• Boss Cash Cars must successfully purchase or pick up the car.

Not Eligible:

• Rejected or canceled referrals
• Referrals closed after the program ends

6. Changes to the Program

Boss Cash Cars reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. We'll try to notify you via your account or email if changes occur.

7. Play Fair

Please promote the program honestly. No spamming or misrepresentation. Unethical behavior may result in removal from the program.

8. Disclaimer

The referral program is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Boss Cash Cars is not responsible for any issues arising from participation. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid to you over the last 12 months.

10. Your Responsibility

If your actions cause legal or financial issues, you agree to cover any resulting damages or costs for Boss Cash Cars and its team.

11. Term & Updates

These terms remain in effect while you participate. Updates may be made at any time and the latest version will be accessible here.

12. After the Program Ends

Even after the program ends or you leave it, certain clauses—like liability limitations—will still apply.

13. Third-Party Platform

The referral program is managed by a trusted third-party provider. By joining, you allow them to use your information solely to operate the program under applicable privacy policies.
